March 4 - Google Docs View it on YouTube! Learn to create attractive original or template documents. We'll show you how to edit online and offline from multiple devices. You'll learn to change editing and visibility settings for effective collaboration. We'll show you how to turn a document into a multi-media rich online document with images, links, and more! You'll see how Google Docs can be used as an efficient tool for research and reporting. Your worksheets, meeting agendas, and reports will never be the same again!

April 1 - Google Slides T View it on YouTube! Use Google Slides to tell powerful stories and create engaging lessons. We’ll show you how to create a Slides deck with the necessary features that you’ll find in other presentation tools but with the benefit of working in the cloud, anywhere, any time. We’ll share our tips for best practices when developing a slideshow and special features (like image, search features, and Add-ons for interactivity) that give you more functionality and efficiency.

May 13 - Google Forms Create online activities and quizzes with Google Forms. We’ll begin with some activity ideas and then show you how to create a Google Form and quizzes with Google Forms. Embed images and videos with a range of question types. You'll learn how Forms automatically creates the grades for you, which you can edit for open-answer questions later! You'll learn to make a fun and engaging activity in which students practice research skills using Google Forms and Google Search.

June 10 - Google Sheets Learn how to make use of Google Sheets in the classroom. We’ll show you engaging ways to use sheets in the classroom and for other school uses including: data Validation, freezing rows and columns, sheets functions and filtering, conditional formatting - all to make your classroom more organized and collaborative.

July 8 - Google Drawings Google Drive apps Google Drawings gets less attention than it deserves! Create visuals such as graphic organizers, posters, or visuals for your classroom, website, or blog. We'll show you how it works (and all of the tools in the app such as shapes, lines, images, word art, and tables), how to embed in Google tools, how to export your finished work into an image file, and some classroom ideas for Google Drawings.

August 5 - Google Jamboard Jamboard is an interactive whiteboard developed by Google, as part of the G Suite family of tools. This is a simple app that can be used for collaboration and interaction, which increases student engagement. We’ll show you how to access and create with Jamboard as you interact with us using a Jam in real time during the session.
